Quezztion of the Week 03/23/2008

Sorry, I am a couple of days late with this question, but here it is. I thought I would tie our questions back into scrapbooking and ask...What is the one thing/item you could not scrapbook without? Paper is an obvious choice, so skip that one, but I know we must all have our own little quirks when we are making our pages. Seriously, I have to have a Diet Coke when I scrap. If I am out at home, I take a trip to the store to buy some. What do you have to have???

BWC #6 - Color Your World

Hello and welcome to BWC No 6 - Color Your World! My challenge to everyone this week is to use as many colors as possible on one page. Feel free to mix your plaids, stripes and polka dots and do not forget about your flowers, ribbons and brads. If you have that one crazy embellishment which you love, but the color is just never quite right...throw it on this page. Mix it up and do not be afraid if it does not match, have some fun!!

I would also like to make note of some members who have recently completed a scrapbook challenge...

Brenda responded to the "Making Headlines" WC and Sharon posted a response to the "Crunching Numbers" and "Things To Do" BWCs. Wonderful job and I cannot wait to see future posts!! If I missed acknowledging someone, please let me know and I will make a change ASAP.

BWC #5: Things to do...

Hey y'all! I may not have been around, but this challenge has been rattling around in my mind for a while.

Your challenge: Make a list of the things that you want to do in the coming year or a list of things that you have done in the past year. Here is the catch....

It should correspond to your age.

Two examples:
One option: 36 things I want to do before I turn 37.
Another option: 36 things (to quote Andrea, here) "lovely little (and big) things that snuck up on me from behind and took me completely by surprise. things I never expected to happen, things I had no way of knowing I'd do in the course of a year. these are the things I never really saw coming."

I first saw this idea by Andrea, that she repeats each year, on her hulagirl blog. Then, I saw that Elsie did this variation in August of last year. Finally, Ali did this challenge in January.
