BWC: No. 25 1

Edited on 2/10/11 by Sharon -OK time to award the Sept-Dec participation RAK! I have reviewed Sept-Dec tRAKking & subjected it to my calculations. We had great consistent participation from Lisa & Michelle (Denitza was exempt from all this because she won the last RAK). But one member participate 100% each month, even surpassing that as she left extra credit critiques too. That member is...CHRIS!

BWC #3: Bird is the Word

For this challenge, you will create a layout using a word prompt. And the word is....

Not bird (I just have that song in my head! LOL)....

CHALLENGE.

You may interpret this in any way you wish... by basing your work on one (or several) challenges you are facing, learning a new technique and thereby CHALLENGING yourself, or any other way that you feel the word applies to you.

And let's not forget our previous BWC response turned in since last time:

BWC #2 Use Your Supplies- Lisa's Nut and his evil brother Cracker

Great response Lisa!

BWC #2 Use Your Supplies

We all have had it...Buyer's Guilt!
"What will I ever do with all of these supplies?"

Well now is your chance to
get creative using the supplies you have.

This BWC challenge is... To challenge yourself and "use what you got!"

The goal is to use some thing (or several things) from your stash and create a page, a card, an object.

This layout was done completely with my supplies.

And, shout out to Denitza & her response to BWC 25, Tis The Season: Christmas 2010

BWC #1 for 2011!

Happy New Decade, SHCG! For your first 2011 BWC, I bring you your every-four-months Catch-up BWC. Please use these 2 weeks to take on any of our fabulous challenges from the past! Here's a link to 'em all - Past SHCG Challenges.

Enjoy!

(btw, there were no challenge responses posted since the last BWC)

BWC# 26- Decade Past

Hi Everyone,

First off I'd like to give a shout out to Chris for her response to the last bi-weekly challenge, here's the response:

The year 2000 was a huge event all over the world and now an entire decade has passed and 2010 is coming to a close. This week's challenge is to create a layout highlighting some major events or personal developments/changes as a tribute to this past decade.

November tRAKking

For November, Brenda and I worked together to completed the month's tRAKking for Sharon.  As such, of course there is a difference in how this tRAKking is done as opposed to how both Marlene and Sharon do theirs.  December 10th was my cut off for tRAKking purposes.

There were 13 submissions as part of required BWC submissions.  We also had 4 extra layouts submitted as just for sharing and to critique if you wanted to.  I added these in within the individuals submissions and counted them towards the number of critiques you did, but they were not counted in the total number of layouts to critique. Which means...this month, you earned extra credit if you critiqued the extras!  (Apparently I haven't forgotten how to be a teacher....)

BWC #25 - 'Tis the Season

Before getting to the new challenge, during November Denitza and Bren both submitted contributions for Bren's BWC #23 -- Halloweenish -- Scrap a Halloween layout.  Take a look:

Now, for this next BWC, I'd like to see us turn from Halloween to the Christmas season.  Your challenge is this: pull out old holiday photos (or some you may already have from this season) and scrap a layout with them OR share a scrap project that you're making someone for a holiday gift!
