Photoshop - What would you like to learn more about?

Wedding Before & After Photoshop adjustments
What would you like to learn more about? (please leave a comment)
1) How to “blur” the background?
2) Remove distracting elements in the background? Examples: bright wall, bright tree, shadow line, etc.
3) Retouching tricks? Examples: silhouette of back, pearl necklace, wrinkles, shiny skin, etc.
4) More exposure tricks? Bright background and shaded subject, whiten teeth, etc.

Great ideas Lisa! I choose #2. Further, I would like to know how to get rid of unwanted images whether they're in the background OR foreground. Coincidentally, I was gonna try your last tutorial (making all but key elements grayscale in a photo) w/ a pic from us on our Philippines vacation but there's a person in the foreground that's in the way, so I was gonna just supercrop the photo to get him out. That is, unless I found out how to Photoshop him out by Sunday! (It's for the cover of our Philippines family dinner interactive guestbook & I'm showing the rest of my family on Sunday)... :o)

I'd like to know all of the above, and how to make photos look like they were taken with a fisheye lens. Please and thank you, Lisa.
