BWC #7: Doing My Part to keep this place open

First, big round of applause to those who finished the BWC #6: Art Project
Play by Jesse
and
Free by Marlene

This time I want you to do a layout about a place you like to shop. It could be a grocery store you frequent or a place you splurge at sometimes or even a place you wish you could splurge at. Maybe even a restaurant. Go there and take pictures. Do layout about this place. Use something from the store, a bag, receipt, credit card application, whatever you can find.....

Do you have any nicknames? If so, discuss what they are & how you got 'em! If not, then discuss that too - are you disappointed or relieved you don't have one?

BWC #6: Art Project!

First, kudos to those completing previous BWCs:

#5- Nothin' Sticky:
Marlene's Can I Come to Work With You?
Sharon's Portland/San Fran 'o6

Now for this BWC:

I tried to think outside the box a bit; not sure if I hit on something decent or not! :) For this challenge, create an "art project". That is, something other than a traditional scrapbook LO. Do papier mache, decoupage, make a journal, etc. Whatever you feel like! If you do choose to create a flat paper piece (as I admit I did), don't think of it as a scrapbook page. Mine is destined for a wall. Here are the rules- NO journaling and NO photographs! Ok, no visible journalling. :) Feel free to put your feelings somewhere hidden and please do describe your creation to the group.

Make sense? Let me know if you have any questions!

Here's mine:
